Divinely Inspired Resources is a multifaceted organization committed to empowering communities through creativity, service, and purpose. We create options and opportunities in our areas of gifting—catering, decor, & design, human resources consulting, and our nonprofit for women—while building platforms that help others activate and elevate what God has placed in their hands. Our mission is to serve as a bridge that connects people to resources, equips them with practical tools, and cultivates spaces where talent, entrepreneurship, and faith can flourish. Whether through curated events, marketplace experiences, or creative services, we exist to inspire, uplift, and make room for every creative, business, and visionary to thrive.

A faith-based non-profit 501c3 (in process) organization that provides career and entrepreneurial guidance, Proverbial life skills training and spiritually empowering resources to young girls and women that supports them in their current and future roles as wives, mothers, professionals, entrepreneurs and compassionate community leaders.
OUR FOUNDER
Stephanie Rackard
Stephanie Rackard is a Human Resources and Communications professional with more than 26 years of experience in the industry beginning with the University System of Georgia (UGA) where she served as a Marketing and Communications professional. Post transitioning into human resources industry, she garnered significant experience in the private manufacturing sector that included specialized experience in Equal Employment Opportunity law, Ms. Rackard has worked for several companies, including Tyson Foods World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas where she served as Director of Human Resources for the Big Bird Value Added Division, overseeing 11 multi-state locations, 25 HR professionals and 8,500 employees. She also served as a Plant Manager and Director of Human Resources with mid-sized organizations in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Additionally, she has utilized her skills in entrepreneurial settings having co-founded a current and well-placed non-profit food program in Northwest, Arkansas that at its height of operations provided more than 1600 hot free meals daily to children. While not an “original” Georgia native, Ms. Rackard is part of the Bulldog Nation as a graduate of the University of Georgia where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism. She also holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and currently serves as Director of Human Resources for an international consulting and services organization.
In addition to operating her multi-faceted businesses under the
name of Divinely Inspired Resources that reflect her passion in HR Consulting, a nonprofit for women, and Catering, Event &
Conference planning, Ms. Rackard founded Taste of Talent Christian Talent Competition (TOT), one of many forthcoming God-given endeavors under the TOT umbrella, that provides a platform for believers in the body of Christ to glorify God through their gifts in song, praise dance, Christian rap, spoken word and other artistic forms of worship.
Firmly believing that “through Christ all things are
possible," Ms. Rackard navigates through the facets of her work,
life and her faith. She is also a singer, writer, intercessor and the parent of one daughter - Neila and is a Minister in her church - Divine Visitation International Church and Ministries.
